AFTER DINNER 

"You are still going to stay silent about it, aren’t you?!"

Dominic hissed at her back as she continued to wash the dishes, without looking at him even for a second.

She has been avoiding her, causing irritation within himself.

"What do you mean?" She asked in a blank tone while wiping her hands on her apron.

She has just finished washing the dishes.She was going to turn away from there once again when he had enough and stopped her by holding her elbow.

But she immediately pulled her hand away and walked toward the dining table without replying to him or looking at him.

"I can’t believe you, Athena! You are still pretending to be clueless! Seriously?"

He hissed in frustration before walking behind her till the dining table once again.

That’s what he has been doing after they finished dinner and Ace went to his room to prepare for sleeping.

Athena has been walking back and forth between the dining table and the kitchen and he has been following her like a desperate lost puppy.

He wanted to talk to her but she wasn’t showing any interest..

"I am not pretending anything, Dominic.Leave my way.I have to clean up the kitchen." She said with a small frown, while still not looking at his way as he stood in front of her, blocking her way.

And this was it for Dominic.

He had enough.He lost all his calm and pulled her harshly by her wrist.

Before she could understand anything, she was slammed hard against the nearby wall.

She felt his hand behind her head, to prevent her from getting hurt on the head.She looked up at him with a deep frown while breathing hard.

"Don’t fucking do this to me, Athena! Don’t fucking ignore me!"

He growled at her before slamming his fist on the wall beside her head with force.

She gasped out loudly while closing her eyes tightly as he punched the wall.She opened her eyes and looked at him in shock and anger.She can’t believe him! 

"Why can’t I ignore you? Don’t you remember that this is what you have been doing to me all day!" She taunted back while fuming in anger.

She was remembering what she had been going through all morning and felt more hurt.

His closeness, touch and scent was making it more difficult for her to control her emotions.

With their tense environment, she wasn’t expecting that.Her eyes widened but she quickly recovered and kissed him back.

The kiss was filled with sadness, passion and a little bit of helplessness as he kissed her.

While she kissed him back with a few emotions as well such as anger, desperation and helplessness.

They both poured all their emotions into their kiss and took it as a way to express their feelings as they didn’t have the word to do that.

They were kissing as if they didn’t kiss for days, as if it was their last kiss.

But the kiss didn’t last long as he pulled back, much to her unwillingness and looked at her with a soft look on his face.

She looked up at him with a frown.

He held her face in his firm and warm hands and connected their foreheads together. She immediately touched his hands over her face and looked at him in the eyes. They both were breathing hard and their heart beats were in sync "Don’t do this until you are ready.

I am sorry for acting like this just a moment ago I will always wait for you both no matter what That’s what he said and after that, he walked away without giving her any explanation or saying anything else She looked at him with widened eyes and forwarded her hand to catch his hand to stop him but he was already far away from her

 "Why did that sound like a goodbye?"

She whispered to herself, with her hand over her chest to calm down the pounding a little
