"DOMINIC!"

The whole mansion roared as everyone shouted out loud.

There were many emotions in their tone.

It was filled with shock, disbelief, happiness, relief and many more ecastic emotions.

The whole mansion filled with mumbles of happiness from the time everyone’s eyes fell on the person standing at the entrance of the pack house.

Dominic stood there ever so gloriously with his head held high with pride and an unknown feeling.He walked inside the room as everyone made way for him by moving away from his way.

Nobody said anything as he kept walking upstairs to reach Athena and the team.

Everyone was in shock apart from Athena who had a frown-on her face.

She looked away from him as he approached them.

He just smiled secretly a little at her but masked his expression before anyone could see that.

"Oh my god! Dominic! You woke up! I am so happy!"

Justin exclaimed in a loud and happy tone as he jumped on Dominic and hugged him tightly.

Everyone chuckled a little at his antics while Dominic hugged him back with small pats on his shoulder.

They pulled back after a few seconds.

Dominic looked at each of their faces for a few seconds.

It was clear from his expression that he missed seeing them.

But didn’t say anything and looked at Nathan.

"How are you doing, Beta?" He asked in his signature neutral tone, making Nathan look at him with a raised eyebrow.

"As you can see.Forget about me.Why was Athena asking all those weird questions?!" Nathan asked with a frown.

They all kept their tone in control so that no one else could hear them from up there.

"Don’t tell me, she already sold ten souls to wake you up?"

Patricia exclaimed with a loud gasp, but kept her tone covered again so that it doesn’t go out of the coverage area.

Hearing her, Suzanne realised something and her eyes filled with anger as she glared at Dominic.

"And why was she talking about you rejecting her? I swear to the moon goddess, I will cut-…!"

Suzanne just started talking when Athena stopped her while looking at her with widened eyes.

Athena didn’t want to even think about what Suzanne was going to say completely.

 "Shh, Suzanne! Calm down!"

Athena hissed at her with her cheeks turning red for no actual reason.

But she hardly calmed Suzanne down who was looking at her with a frown when Patricia spoke up in that same tone as Suzanne.

"Don’t tell her to calm down! I am telling you Dominic, I am with Suzanne in this.If you dare to do anything stupid which would hurt Athena, I will-..!"

Just like Suzanne, Patricia couldn't complete her sentence as well but this time Dominic was the one to stop her.

He gave Athena a pointing look who immediately looked away while keeping her eyes closed tightly.He turned to look at the fuming girls with amusement filled eyes.

"I am amazed by your attitude.I was in a coma for just one week and this is the treatment I get after getting up? Getting challenged by my beta and gamma female?" He asked in a joking tone, finding the situation really amusing and hard to control his laugh, making the girls somewhat nervous.

They knew making an alpha feel challenged was a dangerous thing.

Athena looked at Dominic with squinted eyes for pulling her friends’ legs.

"Dominic, stop! And girls, I love you both so much.Thank you for standing up for me.But you two calm down too.Calm down and let him talk." Athena said with a sigh while rubbing her forehead as handling them was harder than handling Ace.

But Dominic couldn’t control his chuckle anymore and ended up chuckling out a little, making everyone confused.

Because it’s the first time they are seeing him acting so casually.

They were worried if the attack affected his head somehow or what…? 

"Thank you, Athena.They are going to listen to you only now."

The pack members shouted with complete agreement.

This time Dominic didn’t hide his emotions anymore and looked at them with a big and grateful smile.

"Thank you everyone for all the love, care, understanding and maturity you showed in this one week, Your unity saved the pack from huge possible danger.I am very proud of you guys and very grateful to you all for this." He spoke up in a loud and clear tone, making them look at him with almost teary eyes.

They were really happy that he was up from the coma.

Justin spoke up in agreement.

He was getting emotional as well and Patricia quickly hugged him to comfort him.

"Hearing that you are proud of us is the best thing that ever happened to us.Thank you alpha."

Another senior pack member spoke up, making Dominic feel really great.

"No, thank you all.This one week has been the toughest one week in my life.I could hear everything Athena used to narrate to me that happened in the pack.Every difficulty, every happy moment.I felt so helpless that I couldn’t be there for you all.To help you to support you.It was really hard.I felt completely useless to be your alpha."

He spoke up truthfully, showing all the raw emotions.His eyes glistened with tears which he held back with difficulty.

"Oh, Dominic…"

Athena mumbled out softly while keeping her hand on his shoulder and gave it a small squeeze to show some support.

"Please, don’t feel so, Dominic.You are the best alpha we could ever get."

Patricia spoke up softly while looking at him sadly as well.She has never seen him so emotional so it was emotional for her as well.

"Yes, also Athena was here to handle us and give us shoulders like a true Luna leader."

Nathan spoke up in a happy tone to lighten the situation a little bit.He thought to tease Dominic some more on the name of Athena but he was a little taken back by Dominic’s next set of words.
