Chapter 65
Someone else chimed in, “Yeah! We’ve been seeing you two stuck at the hip for a while now.”
Jenson responded to everyone’s teasing with a gentle, modest smile without denying anything.
Seline, however, was clenching her fists beneath the table.
Why wasn’t he saying anything? Seline was his actual girlfriend!
The anger inside her was boiling due to the lack of recognition despite being his girlfriend for so long.
Suzanne looked at Jenson, feeling slightly taken aback. Why wasn’t he clearing things up?
He was a well–known actor. He always told her he couldn’t risk damaging his career and reputation.
Suzanne looked up at Janice and the others as she smiled gently. “Don’t get any wrong ideas. Nothing is going on between me and Mr. Lambert.”
The atmosphere in the room immediately became tense, and Jenson’s smile instantly froze.
As for Seline, who had been doing her best to control her anger, she looked at Suzanne in disbelief. What was going on?
Everyone else was rather taken aback. Clearly, none of them expected such an answer.
Marsha’s red lips were agape in shock as she stared at Suzanne. She knew very well how much Suzanne liked Jenson back then.
She never expected to hear Suzanne say they had nothing going on between them.
Did they have an argument?
Marsha was starting to regret her party plans. She wished she could reach up and slap herself.
Why had she gotten her best friend into such a mess?
Jenson’s deep gaze fell on Suzanne. Her quick rebuttal surprised him. It seemed to him that she was using reverse psychology against him.
“Let’s form a circle and go back to the basics! Whoever the bottle lands on, it’s their turn to play. Deal?”
Marsha was still feeling a little bit guilty. She should never have come up with such a silly party. All she could do was try her best to keep the atmosphere lively.
No one had any objections to her suggestion.
Marsha reached out and grabbed the bottle, smiling as she began counting down, “Three, two, one!”
The moment she spun the bottle, everyone’s gaze was immediately glued to it to see who it would land on. When it finally slowed to a halt, everyone looked at the first victim of the game. It was Jenson’s turn.

Several people yelped in surprise. Janice was even more excited and said, “What’s your pick, Mr. Movie Star? Don’t choose ‘truth‘, okay? That’s so boring.
Jenson smiled and sat up slightly before saying, “Alright. I choose ‘dare‘.”
