"Dante please," venus moaned out, as she tossed to her side in their bed, the alpha stood next to the foot of the bed and shook his head, unable to see his mate in pain.

"Hush venus, have the painkiller please," sophia cooed,

"Thats not gonna work soph and you know that, unless they complete the mating process shes gonna be going through this, how about we put her in an ice tub, that will take her heat down a bit," James suggested.

As Venus looked at Dante through the tears in her eyes, he clenched his jaw, hating that he wanted to take her pain away but he couldn't, she wasn't ready.

While Venus in her mind was crying for herself, she thought Dante didn't want to complete the mating process because he wasn't ready to finish the bond, that maybe he was having second thoughts about her.

A while later they had venus settled into the ice tub, her pain waves went down a little because of it while Dante threw himself into work, she was looking at him earlier in a way that broke his heart, sophia and James were keeping her company now.

After a few hours sophia came into the office and informed Dante that they were leaving, and that Venus was asleep.

Slowly he walked into their room to see her sleeping in a baby pink satin nighty, as it has bunched around the top of her thighs, flashing him with the soft skin of the top of her thighs, her scent was already alluring and he barely had any control, this sight had him fighting back for self control.

He has his eyes clenched shut, he didn't realise venus had woken up and was looking right at him.

"Dante," she called out softly.

He snapped his eyes open and looked right at her, sunlight glinting in her honey brown hair as they tumbled over her shoulders like a faded gold waterfall, the lace of her bodice touching the delicate skin of the top of her breasts, as her big doe eyes looked up at him in wonder.

His control snapped, and in a flash he had her pinned against the bed, kissing her urgently, as she moaned into his mouth with delight, running her fingers through his hair with every plunge of his tongue into her mouth, raising her head off the bed to get more of him, but he pushed her back down onto the bed, bracing his hands on either side of her, kissing her deeply.

Venus was soaring, just his sinful lips on hers was enough to light her body on fire, as he ran his hands over her thighs and she pulled him to herself. Dante needed her, he really needed her, to make her his and finish the bond, heart, body and soul all to be his.

He started kissing her neck, as his evident arousal pressed against her and venus moaned loudly.

Either it was her exotic loud moan that he heard for the first time, or it was the way he was urgently getting to her made him stop right there, making him realise that had he not stopped he would have taken her right there, their first time would have been a fast rush.

He pushed himself off the bed and away from her, and venus looked at him in confusion, thinking she had done something that made him stop.

"Dante what happened," she asked

"Nothing," he said angrily, angry at himself for treating her in such a way, she deserved it all to be perfect, not the way he dealt with her.

Her eyes watered upon hearing his tone, and the look of pure anger he wore on his face, and now her heat struck again and she doubled over, clutching her stomach as she moaned in pain.

Dante rushed to her side but she held her hand up,

Hesitantly she placed her hand on his chest to see his muscles flex under her touch, she gasped and he growled.

"Don't you ever think i don't want you venus, this is just what your mere innocent touch does to me, i crave you venus," he growled out, placing his hands on either side of her thighs, as he leaned forwards and placed his forehead on her chest, breathing heavily.

Venus softly started running her fingers through his hair to help calm him, she then held his face in her hands, made her look up at him and smiled.

She leaned forward and firmly placed her lips on his.
