Shannon decided to temporarily leave Leah at the Cooper residence. She'd sustained quite severe injuries and remained in the negative energy array Shannon had placed in a corner of the study.

Shanny Gold curiously observed the array's outer boundary for some time. It eventually got bored and turned away to climb back into Benjamin's pocket.

Benjamin watched Shannon finish her arrangements and was going to resume their earlier conversation when Julian approached them with a slightly regretful expression.

"Ms. Jensen… Mr. Jensen is here to pick you up."

Shannon froze briefly. She looked up to glance at the clock on the wall, and only then did she realize it was 11:00 pm.

For Hector who'd consistently insisted she be home by 10:00 pm, an extra half-hour was likely his limit.

She came to the lower floor with Benjamin, and they immediately spotted Hector seated in the living room. He was dressed in a casual tracksuit.

His warm gaze landed on Shannon, and his voice was clear and calm. "I was out for a late run and heard you were here, so I thought I'd swing by to take you home."

Then, he turned to Benjamin. His tone was cool as he said, "It's almost 11:00 pm. There isn't anything else going in, is there, Mr. Cooper?"

"No," Benjamin replied. He turned to Shannon and reminded her, "Get some good rest."

Shannon nodded and was about to respond when Hector took her by the hand and led her toward the door.

She turned back and waved at Benjamin when she suddenly remembered something. Then, she pulled away from Hector and jogged back toward Benjamin.

"I really like the gift. I want to name it Bentrix Stone. What do you think?" The Ben in Bentrix Stone would stand for Benjamin.

Benjamin's dark eyes flickered slightly. He gazed at Shannon for a moment before his brows relaxed, and a faint smile tugged at his lips. "Sounds good."

Shannon seemed to catch the underlying concern in his words. She replied with a lighthearted tone, "That won't happen."

If anything, Benjamin was probably the one at a disadvantage.

Their conversation carried on as they approached the Jensen residence. Fortunately, Caleb didn't pop up to block her away again. Else, she might've considered sealing him in another doll.

Though the original doll from Cecily had long since been destroyed, there were plenty of other places suitable for trapping souls.

She figured that the robotic vacuum cleaner on the first floor would do nicely.

As Shannon set Caleb's drama aside, she set about constructing a new tracing array. She had no idea who the evil master backing Ziva was, but she'd never let it slide since they'd harmed Leah.
