Take Clara, for example. She had already died in the alternate world, so even though she was a living soul from the alternate world reborn, she wouldn't be forcibly recalled by the Might of the Divine Power.

Jordan was similarly a soul from the alternate world who had succeeded in a body takeover. By that logic, he shouldn't have been recalled to this world either.

Unless—like Albany, which had become entangled with the Might—he was able to return not in spite of, but because of it. Even if his body came from the alternate world, he would still be deemed part of this one by default.
