Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right novel Chapter 1930

Jordan acted on his decision the next day.

Since the Potter Mansion was closer to Arcane Academy, Debra lived there during college, going to school with Jordan.

At breakfast, Jordan came down first.

Normally, he woke Debra up. But today, he didn't, so she overslept by 15 minutes.

If not for her internal clock, she'd have been even later.

When she came down, her hair was messy.

The maid glanced at Jordan. "Mr. Jordan Potter, you didn't wake Miss Frazier?"

"Not my job. I'm not her babysitter." Jordan grabbed his bag, ready to leave.

The maid froze, and so did Debra. They were unsure what was going on with him.

But with no time to waste, Debra grabbed a piece of bread and rushed out.

"Miss Frazier, be careful," the maid reminded her.

"Got it," Debra replied, hurrying to the car.

Once inside, she sulked, "What's your problem? What did I do to you?"

She had apologized to him yesterday, but he was still giving her attitude.

Jordan ignored her, staring out the car window.

Debra was irritated. "Fine, don't talk to me ever again if you're so tough."

Normally, even when Jordan was mad, he didn't ignore her all day. She wanted to see how long he'd last.

The guys blinked, confused.

Jordan stormed off, kicking a desk to vent.

His classmates exchanged looks.

"What's his deal?"

"No idea."

Jordan headed toward the cafeteria out of habit.

The school had a few dining halls, but Debra's favorite was near the main building.

Without thinking, he ended up at its entrance. From there, he saw Debra eating with some guy from the basketball team.
