Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right novel Chapter 1810

Debra and Marion had scoured the region. Fermin had his team dig through Randy's leads, checking everyone.

"Got it." Liza printed the findings and rushed them to Fermin's office.

Debra and Marion hadn't slept in two days, but the news snapped them alert.

"Is this the guy?" Liza spread the paper out.

On it was a man around 40. He looked decent, almost handsome.

Debra's eyes narrowed because it was none other than Stanley Frazier.

"He studied IT in college," Liza said. "Not great grades, though. After graduation, he worked at a computer shop. Got a rap sheet, too. Fights, school write-ups. He's from Seamar City."

She didn't know Stanley, and the file listed him as Stanley Copeland. Copeland was his mother's family name.

Debra saw why they'd been chasing ghosts. They'd assumed a big player, but it turned out to be just a small fry.

Randy was right after all.

Liza clocked her reaction. "What's wrong?"

Logically, they shouldn't have bothered with someone like Stanley. And there was no way they would have missed him during the crackdown back then.

So, there was only one answer.

He bumped into this hallucinogenic powder after the Illuminati's fall, and the discovery led to his two-decade-long research.

The Illuminati had already paved the way long before. As long as he followed the path, things would not go wrong.

It was Stanley's greed that tipped them off, spreading his powder everywhere lowlifes hung out.
