Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 2229

Estelle felt a slight warmth in her ears and chose not to respond.

She had initially wanted to comfort Henson but ended up sending a short message, "Keep at it!"

Henson replied with an emoji of a kid running away from home with a backpack.

Soon after, Henson sent over a game invite, and Estelle dragged Hans into it too, trying to cheer Henson up by playing along.

After a game session, Chuck came in to report to Jonathan.

Noticing Estelle, he greeted her respectfully with a nod, "Hello there!"

Estelle returned the gesture with a warm smile.

Once Chuck finished his report, he approached Estelle and handed her a tablet, "Ms. Macclain, I've had an app made for you. Please, take a look."

Bewildered, Estelle took the tablet and saw that it contained a digital menu filled with various coffees, desserts, ice creams.

All brands, all flavors.

So, Chuck had essentially created a digital café for her.

Was her love for good food that well-known across the company?

Estelle looked up in surprise.

Quickly, Chuck explained, "Please don't get it wrong. Everyone in the company wants to treat you to an afternoon snack, but we're worried about bothering the boss too much. So, you can order whatever you like, and I'll have it delivered right away!"

Estelle chuckled lightly, "If you guys keep this up, I might have to stop coming over!"

Feeling the piercing glare from Jonathan, Chuck immediately added respectfully, "Please don't say that. Your visits energize our workdays. A few snacks are nothing. I can reimburse them. This way, they're happy to buy, and even happier to eat!"

Gratefully, Estelle said, "Thank you, really, thank you all."

"Well, go on and pick something!" Chuck urged, even more amiably.

Time flew, and before they knew it, Christmas was just ten days away.

Josiah James was suffering from pre-wedding jitters, wishing he could gather everyone every day to alleviate his nerves with their lively company.

Meanwhile, Amiee Jordan was still leading her team in competitions.

There was a significant national tournament right before Christmas, and Amiee wanted to wrap up her commitments before the wedding.

Perhaps because she was so busy, all the emotional and hectic preparations for the wedding fell on Josiah's shoulders. Consequently, he became anxious, irritable, and downright depressed.

One evening, everyone gathered at the 9th Mansion, a rarity, as Magdalen also brought Morrison along.

Seizing the opportunity, Josiah sought advice from Morrison, "Morrison, were you nervous when you got married? What if I forget my vows?"

Morrison simply smiled, "What vows?"
