Holding Elaina in his arms to the house, Jalen placed her on the sofa and asked, “Where are you hurt?”

“On the waist.” Elaina pointed to her waist. It was covered by clothes, and Jalen could not see it.

He was a little worried and wanted to check her injury, but Elaina refused. “It’s fine. It has already been treated in the hospital.”

“OK, that’s great.” Jalen did not insist, knowing that Elaina was embarrassed.

“How did you know that I was injured?” Elaina asked curiously. Jalen would not investigate her for no reason.

Jalen placed a cup of warm water in front of Elaina and then replied, “You said you were going to eat with Joyce, but the place you sent me showed that you were in the hospital. That sold you out.”

“Just so?” Elaina couldn’t believe it. Just because I sent him a location in the hospital and he knew that something had happened to me she wondered.

Jalen nodded. His intuition had always been accurate, so when he saw the location Elaina sent him, he felt that something had happened.

He simply asked someone to check it out, and it was indeed the case.

Thinking of that person, Jalen had already thought of a hundred ways to torture him.

As if seeing the killing intent flashing through Jalen’s eyes, Elaina hurriedly said, “Jason has already been taken away by the police. He will be punished by law. Don’t interfere with this.”

“Elaina!” Jalen was a little angry.
