Falling For My Contractual Wife (Brian and Grace) novel Chapter 821

Before he left, Justin said, "Put your things in the master bedroom."

When Serena heard this, her heart pounded non-stop. 'Did he mean he wanted to sleep in the master bedroom with me?' As she thought about it, she couldn't help but blush.

She packed her things and lay on the sofa, staring at the ceiling.

This would be her and Justin's home from now on.

She never dreamed that she would become Justin's wife in half a month. They even had sex and lived together.

For the entire afternoon, she felt like she was floating.

She looked at the time. It was five o'clock, time for Justin to get off work.

She quickly ran into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator door. There were many fresh vegetables inside.

These were all prepared by Justin.

She smiled happily. He had said he would take care of her. She realized he was meticulous.

She was already looking forward to living together with him in the future.

Serena took out some vegetables and made four simple dishes and a soup.

Although the taste was not very stunning, it was very lively.

About half an hour later, Justin returned.

Serena felt like a wife waiting for her husband. She immediately walked to him and said, "You're back."

Although Justin had mentally prepared himself many times, he looked unnatural when he saw Serena.

When he met her gaze, he looked away and said "Yeah" softly.

When he saw the food on the table, he said, "You don't have to cook yourself in the future. I hired a part-timer. She'll come over tomorrow morning."

"Oh," Serena replied.

Then, she saw Justin carrying his luggage into the second bedroom.

Her heart sank.

At the dining table.

The living room was so quiet that one could only hear the cutlery clinking. Serena wanted to find a topic to chat with him but didn't know what to say. After thinking for a long time, she asked, "How was work today?"

Justin didn't even look up from his computer. He said, "Until two or three o'clock, probably."

"It's so late..." Serena looked at him with heartache.

"You can go to bed."

Serena didn't move. She stood where she was and looked at him.

Justin looked up as if asking why she hadn't left.

"Oh, I just wanted to ask if you're hungry. Do you want me to cook you some supper? You should be hungry if you're busy until two or three."

"No, I'm used to it. I won't be hungry."

"Oh," Serena replied sheepishly. She could no longer stay in the study room. She could only leave, looking back every three steps.

The next morning, Justin woke up almost at the same time as her.

The part-time worker, Tiffany Glisson, had already prepared breakfast for them.

During the meal, Justin asked, "When will you go to work?"
