Falling For My Contractual Wife (Brian and Grace) novel Chapter 799

While Brian was settling the discharge procedures, Jasmine returned with Austin.

Jasmine walked in and looked at Grace's face. She said guiltily, "I'm sorry, Grace. When we were eating today, that old man suddenly asked me where you and Brian are now.

"I thought he had changed. I asked him what he wanted to do, and he said he wanted to visit you. So I told him that you were in the hospital.

"He didn't seem angry at the time. I thought he had seen it through. I didn't expect him to come to make things difficult for you."

Grace smiled. "Jasmine, it's alright. I'm fine, aren't I?"

Jasmine asked again, "What exactly did he want from you?"

Grace said casually, "Maybe someone told him something bad about me again."

"Nelson?"

Grace shook her head. "I don't know."

Jasmine sighed. "Nelson is simply haunting us. What is he trying to do? Why is he so sinister?"

"Jasmine, don't be angry. I'm fine. But Brian—"

"What's wrong with Brian?"

"He contradicted his grandfather to stand up for me. He said that he and his grandfather had completely fallen out."

Jasmine wanted to say something but hesitated. She pursed her lips and said, "So be it. It's better not to have such a grandfather. Before he came back, our family was doing well. When he came back, he caused a mess in the family."

As they were talking, Brian returned.

He said, "Come on. Let's go home."

Jasmine looked at his expression and found him in a good mood. 'It seems that old man can't affect the young couple,' she thought happily.

In the car, Austin was still looking at her mother worriedly. She wanted to see if her mother was sad and if her great-grandfather had bullied her mother.

Brian immediately told Camren to look for a house.

Brian finally bought a villa near the Francis family to make it easier for Jasmine to look after the child.

Grace thought of the photo and decided to ask Nelson about it. Hence, she called Nelson and asked him out.

She went straight to the point and asked, "Did you take those photos?"

Nelson was stunned. "What photos?"

"Are you playing dumb with me?" Grace narrowed her eyes.

"Grace, what the hell are you talking about?" He looked innocent.

However, Grace didn't believe it. She couldn't think of anyone else who could have done this other than him.

She threw the photos in front of him. "No wonder you didn't stop people from proposing toasts to me the other day. You've already planned to get me drunk and take these photos to your grandfather."
