Krista drove straight to the hospital and walked all the way to the identification center.

Beth found out, she probably wouldn’t be happy.”

“You thought I was doing a paternity test for me and Emery?”

Terrence frowned. “I’m not stupid enough to not know my own

son.”

“Sorry, I misunderstood. Don’t be mad. My classmate was

waiting for me, so I went over first.”
