Divorced and Pregnant My New Life with a Billionaire Drives My Ex Crazy novel Chapter 630

The people further back in line refused to leave, terrified that tomorrow’s tickets would sell out too. The buzz was unreal, and everyone at Cassian K. just stood there in disbelief.

Anna, the gallery manager, finally broke the silence. “I never would have guessed Wiona was a painter too. Didn’t Cassian say she’s also a designer? What was that about?”

No one else had a clue. They were all still catching up, trying to process everything Wiona had thrown at them. First, a whole team swooped in and set up the gallery in no time. Then, Cassian K., which had been quiet for years, suddenly turned into the hottest spot in town. People were even camping out overnight for a chance to get in. Maybe this was their turning point. After all, Wiona owned Cassian K. ART. This was just the beginning of putting the Cassian K. name back on the map.

“Come on, we can’t let Wiona down. Let’s help out,” Anna said, rallying the group.

“Yeah, let’s go.”

Wiona’s very first art exhibition opened in the middle of a beautiful, traditional garden. The first guests walked in, and as soon as they saw the real W paintings, all carefully displayed, they couldn’t hide their amazement.

“These are really W’s paintings. Wow, I’ve never seen an original before. They’re incredible.”

“They’re gorgeous. Look at the details here.”

“Check this one out—I’ve never seen it before.”

“There’s even something she did when she was fourteen. It’s so beautiful…”

Most fans got swept up in the art, totally lost in Wiona’s world. Only a few people seemed more interested in gossip, looking around with shifty eyes.

“So, where’s W? I came just to see who’s behind the mask. Where is she?”

“Maybe she’s too scared to show her face.”

“Seriously? All this fuss, and she can’t even show up?”

Neil and Jace were both in the first group that entered the courtyard. Jace caught sight of the paintings and was instantly drawn in, completely hooked. Neil, though, couldn’t stand people talking trash about W. He marched right up, warning them, “Watch yourselves. You might be the ones looking like fools by the end. Keep running your mouths, and you’d better watch your backs on the way home.”

Jace’s mind spun. Wiona was the artist he’d searched for, the one whose work had moved him so deeply. Why did fate have to be so cruel? If he’d known from the start that she was W, he would have treasured her. None of those terrible things would have happened. Regret crashed over him, sharp and bitter, as the crowd gasped and stared at Wiona’s beauty.

Just then, he heard someone beside him whisper, full of emotion, “Finally. W, you’re finally showing yourself to the world.”

Neil’s fists were clenched in excitement. Jace turned to him, shocked. “You… you knew all along?”

Neil folded his arms, not even looking at Jace. “Yeah, Jace. It’s not my fault you didn’t see it. And by the way, your grandmother knew too. Funny how she never told you. If she’d known how much you loved W, maybe she would have said something. Do you have any idea how many times I wanted to punch you for the way you treated W? But I guess life’s paying you back now.”

“You—” Jace’s anger boiled over. He grabbed Neil by the collar, ready to hit him.

Neil’s bodyguards were on Jace in a flash, throwing him to the ground.

“Mr. Salisbury, do you really think the Salisbury is still what it used to be?” one of them sneered. “Touch Mr. Holmes again and see what happens.”
