Lillian fell silent when she realized the atmosphere had turned heavy.

Tiffany feigned ignorance and said, “It’s just a plant… You’re free to take care of it if you want to. If it’s too much of a bother, you can just throw it away. I don’t have the time to bother with it.”

Tiffany looked at Lillian pointedly.
