Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 641

With a thud, Laila's body was forcefully thrown to the ground, smashing her phone in the process.

A group of burly men surrounded her, and one of them viciously kicked her shoulder, growling, "You dirty bitch, where's the money? Didn't you say you'd pay us back?"

Laila scrambled to her feet, falling to her knees with a thud. "I will! Please give me a few more days. I'll definitely get the money!"

"You damn bitch!" A crisp sound rang out as the man slapped her face. "How many days has it been? Being stubborn, are you?"

"My niece is very wealthy," Laila cried in panic. "Please give me a few more days. She'll definitely give me the money!"

"My foot! We've heard it! Your niece won't lend you money."

"Do you want to keep your left hand or your right?" the man asked.

"No, no!" Laila tried to scramble away, but the man roughly grabbed her and held her hands down.

"Repay your debt! You're an old hag now. If you were twenty years younger, we would have sold you to repay the debt!"

The man gave the others a look. One of his subordinates approached with a gleaming knife that reflected Laila's terrified face.

She was so frightened that she screamed, "No, please let me go! I promise I'll get you the money. I'll repay you tenfold! Please, spare me, I beg you!"

"Shut up, or I'll cut off your tongue too!" The man raised the knife.

"I have a way to make you ten million! I really have a way. Give me one minute, and I'll explain it to you. Please, I beg you!"

"You'll get money if you kidnap her. A-As long as you keep her alive, you can use her as a hostage. The Spencers will definitely give you the money!"

"Easier said than done. Where should we go to kidnap her?"

"I-I know where she is. You can go after her. Whatever amount you want, you'll get. Just let me go! I'll help you find her!"

"You better not be playing tricks with us!" The man grabbed her hair roughly, and lifted her head. "Otherwise, we'll kill you."

"I wouldn't dare play tricks. I really wouldn't! Just promise me that after you get the money and let me go, the debt will be settled. I’ll keep my word, as I need to stay alive too."

With a snort, the man released Laila and demanded, "Where's your niece?"
