Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1072

Rosalie's chest throbbed with pain. "Alright, I have to go now."

"I'll be going for the surgery in a few days. Can we have a meal tomorrow night?"

"Theodore Spencer, what's the point of this? Do you not remember what happened when we had a meal at Melrine? You already have Aurora."

"What if I die in the operating theatre?" Pain filled Theodore's eyes as he spoke. "Every surgery has its risks. If I were to die, we'd never see each other again. Take it as our last meal together."

After a long silence, Rosalie nodded. "Alright, then."

Theodore smiled.

He gently caressed the baby's forehead. Rosalie wanted to avoid his touch, but the gentle look in his eyes made her stop.

Theodore stared at the baby for a long time. "He's adorable."

Rosalie was very upset. She could see Aurora standing at the door, watching them from a distance.

The thought of Theodore and Aurora's current situation made her wonder what telling Theodore that the baby was his would achieve.

"Theo, I've made things clear with Sebastian about what he did before. I will divorce him."

Shock registered in Theodore's eyes as he stared at her in disbelief. "Really?"

Rosalie nodded.

Theodore was about to say something, but Rosalie cut him off. "However, even if he and I were to get a divorce, it doesn't mean anything. I'll live my life with my baby, and you'll live yours with Aurora. Since Grandma has forgotten about me, I hope you'll take good care of her. I'll come visit her when I have time."

Theodore sighed. "I got it. I'll make reservations with a restaurant, and we'll have a meal together tomorrow. Bring your baby, too."

"Bring Ms. Payne too, lest she misunderstands."

Theodore nodded.

As Rosalie left with her baby, Theodore watched her walk away and stood there for a long time.

"Nothing. Let's head in." Theodore wrapped an arm around Aurora's shoulder and walked into the villa.

The next day, Theodore and Rosalie met at the restaurant. Theodore reserved a private room that was quiet enough for them to talk.

While Rosalie brought her baby along, she saw Theodore alone without Aurora.

In response to the doubt in Rosalie's eyes, Theodore said, "She's busy and can't come."

"Did you not tell her about our meeting?"

"I just want this to be between the two of us," Theodore said honestly.

"Who are you going to disappoint this time? Why must you insist on circling between two women?"

"You're right, and I don't want to do that anymore. Rose, I'm going to break up with Aurora."
