Don’t Mess With Me
~Damon~
Oh, goodness gracious. My baby had been getting upset for no good reason ever since we boarded, and this was just another spark to the fire. I knew it was the pregnancy hormones I had read enough, heard enough. to understand they turned her temper into something with a hair–trigger.
But this wasn’t just hormones. This was Lyra. My kitten was naturally like this, fierce and territorial, and when you added pregnancy hormones into the mix… well, it was like giving a wildfire gasoline..
She was standing there, chest heaving, glaring down the poor flight attendant like she was deciding whether to scratch her eyes out. I leaned back, letting my hand slide lazily along the armrest, watching her with equal parts amusement and caution.
I
The truth was, I found it maddeningly attractive – the way she defended me like I belonged entirely to her — but I also knew if I didn’t step in, the scene would turn ugly fast.
“Kitten, calm down,” I said, my voice low and steady, the kind of tone I used when I wanted her to unclench that little fist of hers and remember I was in control. “She was not doing anything.”
Her head whipped toward me like I had just betrayed her. “Don’t tell me to calm down, Damon,” she shot back
instantly.
Her eyes were blazing, her whole body tight with that determined energy that told me she wasn’t about to
back down. “Let me handle this myself. You are not a lady, you do not know what I saw.”
She jabbed her finger toward the attendant, who was now looking between us like she was regretting every
career choice that had led her onto this plane.
“She leaned over you on purpose. She pushed her breasts together like she was serving them on a silver
platter. She winked at you, Damon. WINKED. You think I imagined that? No. I know exactly what I saw, and I
am not letting her get away with it.”
I had to bite back a smile because even in the middle of her fury, she was so damn beautiful it hurt.
But I also knew if I let her run wild right now, she’d probably have the woman hiding in the bathroom until we
landed.
And while part of me enjoyed the idea of my little Luna terrifying anyone who so much as looked at me wrong, another part knew I had to keep her from burning the plane down.
She wasn’t even close to being done. If anything, that first outburst was just her warm–up.
Lyra turned back to the attendant like she was squaring off for a fight she had been waiting her whole life for.
“You think you’re slick, don’t you? I saw exactly what you did. Don’t you dare stand there with that fake little
smile and pretend you were just doing your job. I saw the way you leaned over him. I saw the way you deliberately put your hands right there, pressing your boobs together like you were trying to serve them
alongside the food. That wasn’t an accident. That was planned. You wanted him to notice you.”
The attendant blinked, and Lyra pounced on that pause like a predator. “What’s wrong? Shocked I called you out? Do you think I’m blind? Or stupid? Do you think because I’m younger I wouldn’t pick up on it?
Don’t Mess With Me “Newsflash, sweetheart
I notice everything. Every movement, every look, every little twitch of desperation And that wink? That wink was the dumbest mistake you could have possibly made. You may as well have walked in here naked holding up a sign that said ‘please take me, Alpha.”
She was in full swing now, her hands flying as she talked, her chest rising and falling with each breath.
“Do you have any idea who you’re dealing with? This is my man. Mine. He’s not a free–for–all just because he’s powerful and attractive. You don’t get to use your job as an excuse to put yourself in his space. You don’t get to bend over him like you’re auditioning for a role in some cheap porno and think I’m just going to smile and
let it slide. That’s not how this works. Not with me.”
I caught the quick flicker in the attendant’s eyes, the way her cheeks flushed under the fire coming off my little Luna. She didn’t realize yet that Lyra wasn’t winding down, she was only getting started.
“In fact,” Lyra continued, stepping slightly closer, her voice dipping lower but somehow becoming even more dangerous, “let me make something crystal clear so you don’t make this mistake again.
“He’s mine when he’s awake, he’s mine when he’s
asleep, he’s mine when he’s out there tearing enemies apart, and he’s mine when he’s here with me on this
plane.
“He’s not thinking about you. He’s not going to touch you. And even if you were the last woman on earth and
the survival of the species depended on it, he would still choose me.”
Her eyes raked over the attendant like she was measuring her for a coffin. “Do yourself a favor from now until
we land, you will keep your eyes down, you will keep your hands to yourself, and you will not stand closer to
him than you absolutely have to.
“If I catch you even breathing in his direction in a way that makes me suspicious, I will personally make sure you regret it before we even hit the ground. And believe me, I am very creative when it comes to regret.”
The attendant’s voice came out small and shaky, as if she was trying to cling to the last shred of composure she had. “But I didn’t… I was just-”
Lyra’s eyes widened in mock innocence, and then her mouth twisted into a sharp little smirk that told me the
poor woman was about to regret every decision she had made in the past ten minutes.
“You were just what?” Lyra said, deliberately mimicking the attendant’s tone with an exaggerated whine that made it sound even more pathetic.
“I was just- oh, please. Cut the crap. I am not dumb. I have pulled that exact trick on him before, just so you know. Yes, I have done it, and I know exactly how it works, so you are not fooling me for one second. You might be older than me, but you are not wiser, you pathetic b***h, and I will tell you exactly why.
“You walk in here thinking you can bend over and give him a free look at your chest like you are some irresistible goddess, but let me tell you something, honey, that is not impressive to me, and it is not impressive to him either.”
She was leaning forward now, her voice rising with each sentence as her hands moved to punctuate every single word.
–
“Those boobs of yours, let me guess you paid for them. You did a BBL, right? Absolutely pathetic. Mine are natural, and in case you have not noticed, he does not like fake things and he does not like plastic things.
“He likes what is real, and that is me now go kotor wishes from pure apk big bad Alpha Damon that every woman probably dreamie loot de que

“Now get out of our sight before I decide to drag those fake extensions as out of your tasty seped

The attendant’s face crumpled instantly, and the tears began to sgill Before she could m

Lyra straightened her back and lifted her chin high like a queen delivering her final onder Cut to se and do not come serve us again. Let another person do the job, because if I see you walk back in tens de am on this plane, I promise you that you will regret it before you even have time to Blink
The woman nodded so quickly it almost looked painful, then turned and hurried out of the cabin, the cos
closing behind her in a rush.
Lyra was still standing there, cheeks flushed, eyes blazing, chest rising and falling with every heavy breath
