Billionaire Lost to His Surrogate In A Love Game novel Chapter 234

Gracie took off the sunglasses on her face and walked towards Ophelia when she saw Ophelia.

Ophelia looked at Gracie and realized she had lost a lot of weight. Although her dress was as fashionable as ever and her face was radiating confidence, her eyes were not as bright as before, and her whole body looked a little haggard.

“Ophelia, are you free? I have something to tell you,” Gracie said directly.

Perhaps perceiving Gracie’s hostility, Mrs. Miriam subconsciously protected Ophelia behind her, and said, “Miss, who are you? What are you looking for our Young Madam for?”

Gracie just looked at Ophelia and said, “Ophelia, I really have something to talk to you about, just give me half an hour, OK?”

Ophelia turned to Mrs. Miriam and walked forward, “Ms. King, what are you looking for me for?”

“Can we find a cafe to talk about?” Gracie said patiently.

Ophelia thought for a while and finally said to Mrs. Miriam, “Mrs. Miriam, you can take the food back first. I have to speak to her.”

After taking the food, Mrs. Miriam still anxiously asked, “Young Madam, why don’t I go with you?”

Ophelia couldn’t didn’t know what to do, “Mrs. Miriam, this is my ex-colleague and boss. We know each other.”

Mrs. Miriam looked at Gracie, who was dressed very stylishly but knew she was not particularly easy to get along with at first glance. She was obviously repulsive towards her as she could tell that this woman harbored no good intentions.

Mrs. Miriam was still not at ease, “Young Madam, let me go place these at home and go with you. You are now seven months pregnant, and you would go into labor soon. You can’t afford to have any mishaps.”

Mrs. Miriam almost said that Gracie made her feel very uneasy when she looked at her, fearing that she would be hostile to Ophelia.

Gracie’s face went dark for a moment. She put on her sunglasses and said angrily, “Ophelia, do your helpers talk so much? It’s really annoying to speak so uneducatedly.”

Mrs. Miriam’s impression of Gracie became even worse.

“Ms. King, right? To be honest, I have a really bad impression of you. Although you are very beautiful, however, at my age, I have seen all kinds of beautiful women before. Compared to my Young Madam, you are really not comparable in terms of etiquette and education.”

Gracie looked at Ophelia angrily, and said, “Ophelia, are you going or not? It can’t be you have such a fragile heart to think that I would do something to you right? I am not so unscrupulous, and I will not do anything to you that goes against the law.”

Ophelia comforted Mrs. Miriam for a while before saying to Gracie, “Ms. King, I’m sorry, my domestic helper is just worried about me. She definitely doesn’t mean anything else. Let’s go.”

Mrs. Miriam carried the food, “Young Madam.”

Ophelia nodded.

Gracie took off her sunglasses, cocked her legs, and said, “Ophelia, I was hostile to you before was because I saw Tassach’s whole mind was on you. I was envious and jealous. I’m sorry for being so hostile to you before.”

Ophelia looked at her strangely.

Gracie said to herself, "It’s a bit abrupt to come to you today, but first I express my apologies to you. Secondly, I just wondering if you could stop contacting Tassach in the future. You occupy an extremely important position in his heart. As long as you show up, I don’t think he would find someone to fall in love with and get married and have children. I am sure you don’t wish for him to be delayed because of you.”

Ophelia was a little dazed, but it was more of a joke.

Why do many women who love her always come to her under the guise of being good for that man? Her existence was actually a stumbling block for those men. No matter career or marriage, it can’t be helped. As if she was a jinx, men who are with her would be unlucky, and those who are unlucky have hit the bottom pit.

Ophelia was not a white lotus, and she can’t do anything to wrong herself plainly for the sake of others.

“Ms. King, I think you may have misunderstood. Tassach and I have always been friends. Even ordinary friends would keep in touch with one another, not to mention if they have been good friends for many years. Therefore, I can’t agree with your request. I can’t figure in what position you are in to ask me to cut off contact with him.” Ophelia refused very thoroughly, and also fiercely rebelled against her.

What she meant throughout her words was that Gracie and Tassach were just of an ordinary relationship, and therefore was in no position to ask her to completely stop all contact from Tassach.
