"What do you mean by hiring a cab?" Theo asked with displeasure when Nina refused to come with him and instead decided to hire a cab. She agreed to come with him in front of his mother. After coming outside, she doesn't want to come with him. He understood that she was still upset by his behaviour when she got into an accident. He knows that he made a mistake. He thought she would revert back to her old self sooner. But as the days tick by, she is only going away from him.

"It means that I don't want to travel in one car with you. I prefer taking a cab. If you have time today, we can go and finalize our divorce agreement in the Civil affairs bureau. It's useless to drag a dead relationship. We can hide this from mom untill she recovers. No one except my family and mom knows that I am your wife. So it wouldn't be an issue" she spoke coldly. Just then, her cab came and she left him standing infront of his House, reeling with complex emotions.

It was true that he initiated the divorce. He wanted nothing to do with her. But now, he is not feeling as happy as he thought he would when she agreed to it.

In the 'Fragrance', Ella was waiting for Nina anxiously. When she saw Nina walking out of the elevator, she rushed towards her.

"Nina, are you alright? He didn't do anything to you, did he?" Ella inquired about Theo.

Nina sighed and massaged her head.

"He didn't do anything. He never touched me in this one year when we were legally married. Why will he touch me now when we are divorced? But this hangover is killing me, Ella. How much did we drink last night?" Nina massaged her temples.

Ella grinned and placed a pill infront of Nina.

"Here, take this. It helps " she supplied helpfully.

Nina chased down the pill with a glass of water.

"I don't remember how much we drank last night. All I remember is being protected by two perverted people who tried to take advantage of us. You Ex husband beat the shit out of the man who was trying to pull you inside that private room" Ella supplied what she remembered.

After watching Theo beating a man over his wife, Ella started to change her mind about that man. He is not that bad after all.

Nina snorted sarcastically.

"He wanted me to hide about our divorce infront of Mom Agatha. That's why he spared a few minutes of his time to save my ass" Nina spoke feeling bitter.

Ella's shoulder's slumped, strangely feeling disappointed. What she saw last night and what Nina said just now didn't match. Theodore Morrison was truly anger.

"Well, in that case, it's a good thing that I arranged a blind date for you" Ella grinned.

Nina is taken aback by what she just heard.

"Ella, what are you talking? My divorce with Theo is yet to finalize. And moreover, I don't want to get involved with another man again. Please cancel that blind date" Nina refused.

Ella sighed heavily.

"We tried to talk to that new perfumer. But she refused to even meet us for a meeting. She is a mystery. No one knows how she looks like. But tales of her talent are widely spread across Neopolis" Francis spoke.

Theo smirked.

"Leave it to me. With right incentive, it's not impossible to change her mind. I will find out who she is" he spoke confidently. With that said, he stood up to leave. But Francis stopped him.

"Theo" Francis stood up from his chair and rounded his desk before approaching Theo.

Theo looked at Francis expectantly. Francis placed his hand on Theo's shoulder in a fatherly gesture.

"Theo, you are not growing any younger. Chelsea is still interested in you. I heard you are divorcing your wife. Why don't you marry Chelsea? You both are childhood friends. Who knows you better than Chelsea? You will be happy with her" Francis advised.

Theo smiled softly and shook his head.

"Francis, I tried to think about her as my wife. But I could never look at her as anything but my friend. As my bestfriend and my mentor's daughter, I will always be there for her when she needs me. But apart from that, don't force me into marrying her. It would ruin our lives" Theo said in an apologetic tone.

Francis forced a smile and watched while Theo left. He has a complex look on his face.
