In a very reputed pub in the town, Theo is seen sitting inside a private cabin accompanied by his two best friends. Jeremiah Shaw and Liam Hemsworth. Jeremiah owns his own law firm while Liam is a celebrity sports person. All three of them are well known figures in Neopolis.

"Cheers" Jeremiah is the cheerful person of the group. Liam is the charming one. He can make any woman fall for his charms. Jeremiah looks easy to get along with, while Liam has an edge. But Theo is aloof and unapproachable. Not everyone can stand in front of him and speak without stammering. He has that kind of intimidating edge.

Theo finished his drink at one go, which has taken both Jeremiah and Liam by surprise.

"Whoow, what the hell man? Take it easy will you?" Jeremiah teased.

Liam looked at Theo curiously.

"Is it your wife? Did she cause any issues again?" Liam asked. After Theo got married, his wife is causing too many issues to make Theo lose his cool more times than they care to count.

Theo poured himself another drink but refrained from emptying his glass once again.

"This is indeed about Nina. But she is not causing any issues. But it's my conscience that is causing issues here" he confessed with conflicted emotions.

If there is anyone with whom Theo would open up, that's these two. He doesn't share everything with Chelsea either, despite what anyone might think.

His words made both Jeremiah and Liam curious.

"What? Please don't keep us waiting. Please continue" Jeremiah asked eagerly.

Liam slapped Jeremiah behind his head, as if to say 'Shut up'.

Jeremiah made a face, but promtly zipped up his mouth.

"What happened man? Is Nina refusing to sign the divorce agreement? We already thought about this. Jeremiah said he can help you remember?" Liam reminded Theo.

Theo snorted sarcastically at his words.

"She already signed the divorce agreement. It's been a week since she contacted me" Theo dropped these words like a bomb.

Jeremiah, who just took a sip of drink chocked up and caughed uncontrollably.

Even Liam is stunned to hear this.

"What?" he asked. His voice came louder than he intended.

In this one year, there was never a single day gone by when Nina didn't call or text Theo. She would wish him good morning, good evening, good night. She would text to ask him if he had his meals and inquire about his day. She started texting because he refused to answer her calls.

Theo took a sip of his drink before speaking again.

"Ya" he replied.

Both Liam and Jeremiah exchanged looks.

"Well, it's a good thing, right?" Jeremiah asked it like a question.

"You always wished that she would leave you alone. Now she signed the divorce agreement and is leaving you alone. So why this long face?" Liam inquired with intrest.

"How dare you touch Theodore Morrison's wife?" he thundered angrily.

Jeremiah and Liam looked at eachother with stunned looks. Their mouths are agape and they looked comical with wide eyes and stunned looks.

"Is he drunk? Why is he acting like a neanderthal all of a sudden? Is he mistaken Nina for Chelsea?" Jeremiah asked Liam with shock.

Liam snorted sarcastically.

"Theo doesn't like to make his suit dirty, remember. Even if someone would tease Chelsea, it's either me or you who would deal that person" Liam reminded after he recovered from his initial shock.

"Right, then whatever we are seeing, is it true?" Jeremiah asked, unable to move his gaze from Theo beating a man into a pulp.

"You might have to sober up real quick here. You have to handle this case if the other man decided to press charges" Liam pointed out thoughtfully.

This time Jeremiah snorted sarcastically.

He is Theodore Morrison. He doesn't do anything half assed. By the time he is done with that man, I am sure he will even be too scared to go to the washrooms alone. Forget about pressing charges against Theo" Jeremiah reminded.

Both nodded as if they agreed with each other.

Theo is still beating shit out of the man who had the misfortune of touching Nina. On the other hand, the other man who was dragging Ella immediately let go of her. Even Ella became a little sober, and is watching everything unfold with surprise.

Nina is wasted. She could hardly stand on her own.
