Badboy Ace novel Chapter 63

Nate's pov

"Becca, Becca!" I yelled through the phone but only heard crippling silence. My heart raced as I swerved the vehicle and made a u turn, speeding to the way to the dock.

I had been on my way to the station when I had called Becca, I was just five minutes away. But fuck going there, right now my sister and girl needed me. And that asshole my sister decided to give a chance.

I chuckled just a day ago we were calling each other names and here I was now calling her my girl when we hadn't discussed our relationship. I had always been into blondes but being attracted to Becca so intensely had taken me off guard.

She was different from the girls I had been with, so different that she plagued my mind with thoughts I hadn't thought before.

I held the phone to my ear as I over took the vehicles that were ahead of me. I didn't care at the moment if my credit was finishing, I had to stay on the phone to hear what was going on.

The creaking sound of the truck door being open has me speeding on the gas. My heartbeat accelerates as someone boots hits the floor of the truck.

"Stupid bitch." The sound of a gruff man spits.

"Robert is waiting for you, but first I think I'll have a little taste of you. I've always wanted to know if you're just as red down there." The man continues to speak, now much clearer than before.

I clenched the phone tighter in my grasp. I was beyond furious and terrified of what he would do to her. "Don't you dare fucking touch her!" I yelled through the phone trying to get whoever it was attention.

The sound of the boots get nearer and soon someone breathing comes through the other end. "Now who might this be?" The man mocks.

"Stay the fuck away from her!" I spat out enraged.

The fucker had the nerve to laugh. "Sorry mate but I think she'll be saying otherwise when I fuck her. Tell me is she good, like I had thought?" He chuckles through the phone.

If it was possible my grip tightens so much that now my hands felt numb from the blood loss. I was about to answer when he beat me to it.

"Don't bother mate, I'll get to find out soon enough." He taunts and hangs up.

"Fuck!" I bellowed, hitting the steering wheel in anger. This shit couldn't be happening right now. I thought we were finally one step ahead of that bastard.

I pulled the phone away from my ears and started dialing José. I knew Ryn had said at three but fuck, they needed the help now. I didn't want anything to happen to them. José answers on the fourth ring, sounding bored out of his mind.

"What do you want man?" He asked then let out a yawn afterwards.

I turned to Ace and looked at him beneath the cap. "Something isn't right Ace." I voiced out and looked around. The view of the dock came into my vision and I scanned the area.

"Yeah there should be many people around by now." He stated.

The place was deserted and I looked at Ace. He looks at me equally as confused before his eyes widen at something that he had seen from my side.

Before I could ask him what had made him so agitated, I felt the blow of something crashing into the truck. The force knocking it over.

The glass shatters and I grunt as some shreds cut through my skin. I could hear the motorcycles crashing on the truck walls and I prayed that Becca was alright.

My body flew on to Ace roughly, his arms comes around my body and he turns his body in a way to protect me from the force of the impact.

In doing so his head knocks on the glass shattering it. My mouth opens up but no words come out as the truck continues to roll over.

Finally it stops and our bodies slump where the windshield was but now it was only broken glass shreds. Black dots flutters through my vision and in a second I was knocked out cold.
