The next day, after finishing my work, I prepared to buy some seasonal clothes and shoes for Mary and myself.

Ferris didn’t go to work today and offered: “Should I come with you?”

“You can’t see, it’s inconvenient. I’ve already asked Dane to drive, he’ll help me carry things.” I shook my head.

Dane had almost become my personal bodyguard, accompanying me most of the time.

After Ferris’s memory recovered, he naturally remembered Dane’s appearance and knew he was quite handsome.

“Are you leaving now then?” he asked.

“I can’t see, could you help me pick out a couple outfits?” Ferris asked carefully, even adding, “If it’s too much trouble, forget it. I still have old ones.”

nodded.

“Don’t complain if I don’t choose well.”

After saying goodbye to Mary, I left with Dane.

“No.” Dane said coldly, “They’re strangers. Let’s go inside and shop first.”
