I had just hung up the phone when Darius hugged me from behind.

He rested his chin on the side of my neck and nuzzled me gently, but didn't say anything.

"Everly, will you go back?"

"Go back where?"

"Back to New York."

"I have no plans to go back for now, but maybe in the future."
