Chapter 1829: Phase 1 Updates (Part 1)

The next two weeks were quite peaceful. There were no signs of war for a while because everyone was still recovering from the extreme cold. Their satellites didn’t attack anyone either, at least for now.

They were also giving others a chance to live.

Although towns lived better than others, they still suffered. Besides, anyone who dared attack so closely after the disaster would be doing so out of desperation, not out of confidence in their strengths.

By this time, Phase 1, except for the big manually-constructed buildings and amenities, everything else had been built up. All the dormitories, midrise buildings, standalone houses, shop house streets, and so on, had already been erected.

In the new villa areas, the only buildings left for construction were the clubhouse and resorts, which used filtered water from the rivers or underground water sources.

Resorts, pools, and so on could not be absent in a fun-loving town!

This small area was accessed by the residents, for now. For the rest of the public, there was also a small resort being built. It’d have entrance fees too, and they were thinking of using contribution points as well as an alternative mode of payment.

It’d be a relatively simple resort with three big pools and a few tiny ones, along with a kids’ pool with some fountains and usual playground sets.

It was quite fun to design, and one of the liveliest discussions that had ever happened in the construction and design team.

The current technology now allowed for simple pool technology like rotary vane pumps, archimedes screws, and filtering systems that would be powerful enough to handle the circulation of such a large amount of water.

And if it needed maintenance, they...had water elementalists, so no biggie. They also developed a maintenance system for non-elementalists, of course, but it’d definitely be faster with water elementalists. Anyway, they had plenty of water elementalists who did not want to join the guard team. This could be one of their career options.

In Phase 2, there was even a large waterpark being planned. Like one that could be counted as an amusement park. It would have things like lazy rivers, activity pools, splash zones, plunge pools, large slides, and even wave pools.

Just imagining it made a lot of people giddy.

They had some of the basic pumps now, anyway, and a lot of enthusiasts already proposed various ’giant slide’ designs.

There was even one where a slide would literally shoot the person several meters above ground.

High-level people want their thrill, too, they said.

The land area dedicated here was huge, only surpassed by the future a.k.a. ’dream’ theme park.
