After I Stopped Loving Him novel Chapter 633

"I want to talk to you alone."

Jennifer knew exactly what Natalie was thinking. She didn’t give Natalie a chance to say no. She walked out of the hospital room first.

Natalie had no choice but to grit her teeth and follow.

"What is it?" Natalie kept her voice gentle.

Jennifer’s face was stone cold. "Come with me."

They left the inpatient wing and stopped at a quiet spot outside, far from the crowd.

Natalie paused a few steps away from Jennifer.

Jennifer turned and frowned. "Natalie, why are you standing so far? Come closer. I don’t want to shout."

"Jennifer, my hearing is fine. I can hear you even if you whisper."

When she saw that Natalie refused to move, Jennifer strode right up to her.

Natalie wanted to step back, but she forced herself to stay put as Jennifer came closer.

Natalie put on her usual polite smile.

"Jennifer, what do you want to ask?"

Jennifer’s eyes turned icy. Without warning, she raised her hand and slapped Natalie hard across the face. The blow landed before Natalie even saw it coming. Her cheek burned with pain.

Isabella arrived just in time to see Jennifer slap Natalie. To be honest, she wanted to slap Natalie herself.

Natalie spun around. The instant their eyes met, Isabella saw the flash of hatred in Natalie’s gaze.

"Isabella, what are you talking about? This has nothing to do with me. I was at home. Sophia went to your shop and caused trouble on her own. How is that my fault?"

Isabella just laughed, cold and sharp, and didn’t bother to answer. She stepped forward and handed Jennifer a folder.

"Jennifer, here’s all the evidence I found. It’s enough to prove Natalie planned the whole thing. Sophia was just her puppet. Now your precious son has been dragged into this mess."

She looked Natalie straight in the eye. "If I hadn’t brought Ethan to the hospital, who knows what would have happened. His entire future could have been ruined."
