Owen looked at him deeply, with complicated emotions in his

Asher silently approached him. “Owen has feelings for Lucy. Cut him some slack.”

“I have not seen you for a few days and wanted to check on you. By the way, Madeline called and said she’s coming to see me soon!” 

Wendy sounded happy, but Chloe was tensed up. 

“Madeline?”
