After finalizing their outfits, they did their hair and makeup before leaving.

Having attended such banquets before, she had done so either with Benson or alone. It was her first time going with Theo, so it made her a tad bit nervous. As a result, she began taking deep breaths.

At her deep breaths, Theo said gently, "We're just going to meet a few people. If anyone gives you any trouble, just retort. You can come to me too if that happens."

With a smile, she confidently responded, "If anyone tries to make things difficult for me, I'll be able to handle it on my own. What would I need you for? To fight for me?"

Smiling, Theo reached out to pat her head. However, when he saw her styled curls, he lowered his hands.

Sensing his movements, she reached out for his hand and placed it on top of her head. She then complained, "I really don't understand why you like to pat my head so much, but be gentle with it. Don't mess up my hairstyle."

Theo gently patted her head, and his eyes were filled with warmth.

At around 6:00 pm, they arrived at the Golden Suites Hotel. They alighted from the car, and Sierra held onto Theo's arms as an attendant guided them to the banquet hall.

Someone saw them and immediately greeted them with a smile. "Hello, Mr. Gray."

Sierra smiled and greeted everyone calmly. With Theo's introductions, she exchanged pleasantries with everyone there.

Those attending the banquet were mostly influential people within the business industries, and they quickly realized that Theo was purposely introducing his wife to the people within their circle.

They were all surprised, but they played along.

"Not only is Mrs. Gray beautiful, but she also has a sharp intuition when it comes to business. You two are like a match made in heaven."

"That's right…"

Listening to everyone's excessive compliments, Sierra remained calm and composed, impressing those around her with her composure.

Sierra turned around and was startled to see Benson's face inches away from hers.
