"Benson is mine, Sierra. He made you apologize to me, and he hit you for my sake. Naturally, he would marry me.

"Feel free to name your terms if you're not happy with it. I will fulfill your requests, as long as it's within my capabilities.

"I love Benson from the bottom of my heart. So, I beg you to stop seeing him, Sierra. Also, you have to stop pestering him."

Sophie's eyes were somewhat reddened and swollen, but that did nothing to diminish her beauty. Instead, it made her look more delicate and pitiful.

If a man was sitting across from her, he would've gone soft on her. Alas, Sierra, the one facing her now, was a frequent victim of her vulnerable and pitiful act.

"I have no interest in what you two are up to, and I don't want to receive your invitation when you guys get married.

"Benson isn't around here. So, stop making it look like I was mean to you. If you want to keep having this conversation, will drop the act now."

Sophie lifted her gaze. The pride and disdain in her eyes were unmistakable. Now that she had dropped her facade, she no longer looked vulnerable. On the contrary, she looked a little aggressive.

She sized Sierra up and sneered. "You got Benson to keep thinking about you after the breakup. You're good. I'll give you that, but he's mine. You have better stop having funny ideas about him!"

Shock flashed in the bodyguard's eyes. As expected, women were unpredictable. A second ago, Sophie was begging in tears. At the next moment, she immediately adopted a different expression and even warned Sierra.

The bodyguard scoffed internally. He wondered whether Benson was also aware that his girlfriend was a two-faced person.

On the other hand, Sierra wasn't surprised by what she saw. She grinned sarcastically and said, "As you said, he's the one who keeps thinking about me, not the other way round. Keep a close eye on him if you are truly capable, Sophie.

"I'll be happy as a clam if both of you stop showing up in front of me."

Sophie tightened her grip on her purse. After a brief moment, she let it go, leaving wrinkles where her fingers had pressed.

Then, she snickered and said stubbornly, "Stop acting so cockily. He's just in the heat of the moment. It's not like he genuinely loves you."

Sierra came to the coffee shop because she wanted to make things clear. She didn't think Sophie would pester her as well.

"What more do you want?" Sierra flung Sophie's hand away, wearing an impatient expression.

Sophie stumbled back onto her seat, and she was terrified for a second as she shielded her belly with her right hand.

"Sierra, Benson is giving up on me because of you. So, you have to figure out a way to get him to patch things up with me."

Sierra let out an exasperated laugh when she saw how self-righteous Sophie was.

"Benson and I were broken up because of you too. Does that mean you should help him reconcile with me as well?"

Sophie wore an uneasy expression and fell silent. What would happen to her if she helped Benson patch things up with Sierra?
