Chapter 386
Sage had not seen her in a long time, since Sienna was treated as a psychopath and was taken away from the Annual Rose Festival.
Tim and Luther asked if she needed help to teach Sienna a lesson, but she declined politely and said, “No need.”
Seth and Nigel hated her. However, Sienna was only eyeing Jace. Jace was no good anymore, so there was no need to bother him. As for Sienna, she did not care as long as she did not bother her. She was sure that Sienna would be taught a lesson sooner or later.
Sage never wanted to get into trouble with another woman. Unfortunately, a certain woman could not win over her man, so she could only seek trouble with her rival.
Just as Sienna was about to lean on Jace, he dodged her hurriedly. He did not even look at Sienna and turned to Sage with a hint of panic in his usually calm eyes.
He was afraid that Sage might misunderstand him. His disgusted and nervous look came into Sienna’s sight. When she saw Sage, her bright smile turned gloomy.
Why was Sage here too?!
Sienna stood in front of Jace as if she was trying to show her dominance over him. She said to Sage, who had just walked in, “Miss Norah, long time no see. I didn’t expect to meet you here.”
Sienna’s voice was so loud and abrupt, attracting the guests’ unwanted attention. Everyone was surprised and turned to her in unison.
Sienna enjoyed the limelight and wanted to shout again. The waiter with a tray approached her and gently reminded her, “Miss, please remain quiet in the event and not make any loud noises.”
Sienna was stunned and slightly startled, only to realize that the gazes directed at her were… full of disgust. Her face suddenly grew red in embarrassment. In the meantime, the culprit who angered her-Sage and her new boyfriend had walked away without her noticing.
How could they walk away right after mocking her! Sienna was both angry and aggrieved. She turned her head and wanted to make a coquettish complaint with Jace, only to realize that Jace was long gone. Her face darkened again.
