Chapter 277 Sage went straight from the office to Tasteful Restaurant. She didn’t get the chance to take off her makeup. Her eyeshadow, rose-colored hair, and red lips looked sharp and gorgeous. Sage’s outfit was rather casual today. She had a red sleeveless top on, paired with navy trousers and black stilettos.
She had an incredible figure. Her tiny waist gave her an hourglass figure and her skin was fair and bright. It certainly attracted many pairs of eyes. “Oh my gosh, is this girl a waitress? I’ll be damned.”
“No, she can’t be. Have you ever seen such a pretty girl as a waitress? She’s probably either the boss or the restaurant owner’s daughter.”
“Oh, how I wished I had her figure! She’s tall and slim. Not too slim! Look at her sleek shoulders and those arms! Perfecto!” All the praises were from girls, and as for the boys, they couldn’t keep their eyes off her. Myles lifted the curtains and got a shock. “Oh my gosh, why are they taking photos of her?” Jim was extremely busy and focused on preparing the meals. He plated his freshly made meatballs and there was sweat on his forehead.
He pressed the bell for servers and wiped his hand as he looked in his master’s direction. A bunch of customers were taking photos of Sage. Not just that, a bunch of men that were at the bar counter even discussed and pointed at Sage with desire.
Jim’s thick brows narrowed. What are they doing? Watching monkeys at a zoo? He walked right out of the kitchen and walked past the crowd. He squeezed himself into the counter, caught Sage’s hand, and took her away. Sage was completely dumbstruck as she looked at Jim, and looked down as he held her hands.
Sage hated when people surrounded her. She’s not afraid of her photographs being taken, but that meant Luther had to work extra hard to delete her photos online. She wouldn’t have helped out front if it weren’t for the busy crowd tonight. That’s her restaurant and she didn’t want to affect the business.
Sage gave Luther a call as she asked for the manager to give out umbrellas to the people who were waiting out the rain.
Jim watched as Sage delegated the work, but he couldn’t stop thinking about her conversation with Luther, “Hey, I had many photos taken at Tasteful Restaurant. Help me get rid of it, and look out for the postings online.” Jim couldn’t help but wonder, could he keep the photo of both of them on his phone?
