Aaron's Pack
Cyan left me here alone with the Beta who has nowhere to glance but me, 'I don't know why he creeps us out," Eliz roll her eyes.
'No! I think we met him before,' she says. To think again she might be just right. I should freak out the way he looks me up and down but he does not give me that vibe. 'Everything in our life is strange, don't you thin Eliz' this time she doesn't talk back to me.
"Is there something on my face Beta?" I try to remember his name "Conrad," he says.
"Finally he speaks" Eliz says with impatience "Elle" I smile at him extending my hand. He looks nervous and I wonder why he is, 'he shouldn't be, right? Maybe you are right Eliz we met him somewhere' I try to tell myself and Eliz who knew me well nod her head in approval.
"Apologies Elle,' he stutters "please this way" he showed me the way to my room.
"Our Alpha says you could not go anywhere and he will be expecting you at dinner," I was to retort back when blurry memories flashes before me.
The room was familiar and it seems like I was here before or rather someone couldn't even take it so I ask him instead. "Umm Conrad, was there someone who stays here in this room before?" he nodded his head no.
'Strange,' I mutter "did you say anything Elle," I didn't know I say that out loud. "Nope, thanks Beta," "I will be leaving you here to unpack your packs and if you need anything please let Marie knows," I shook my head. He was to leave but I stopped him "Conrad," he turn back "yes"
"Umm what time is the dinner," I ask him.
"It's seven sharp," another wave of memories pop through my head and its kind of making me dizzy because it was too much.
"Are you okay?" I felt myself stumbling back Conrad was too quick to stand by me. "Elle," he held me up steadying myself and saving me at the same from falling on the cold tile of the room. "Elle," Conrad shook my arms "yes, I am fine" I try to act strong gathering my strength and standing on my own two feet shrugging off his hold.
People began to talk to each other leaving me out of their conversation and Conrad was swoon over the girl beside her which I assume is his mate. At that moment it brings me back to the time where my former Pack isolates me.
Feeling isolated and alone I excuse myself and walk out of there without looking back. I pump in to someone on the way "sorry" I tried to move the other way but he block my way.
"Rogue" he spat and I turn up to find those eyes which reminds me of someone. His eyes widen as if he is thinking of what I'm thinking.
We stood there staring at each other, his hands move and I step back making me realize that I am crying. I didn't know my tears has fallen from my eyes 'why am I crying?' I quickly wipe it off.
"Rogue" he repeated, taking in his outfit I know him so I retort "no, I am not a Rogue Alpha Aaron. I am Elle if you have pay attention during the dinner"
