Frank waved at Jack the moment he stepped onto Seaton High School's grounds. A friendly smile curled his lips upward.

No one was surprised by this exchange, considering that one was the founder of a company that was worth 100 billion dollars, while the other was an important leader of Perthter City. It seemed only natural that they would be acquainted with each other.

Everyone came to the same realization. Frank's appearance at the decennial celebration was for Jack's sake, and it became overtly obvious that Jack's impact was extremely significant.

Meanwhile, news of the mayor's appearance at Seaton's decennium celebration spread like wildfire around the campus, eventually reaching the ears of those in attendance at Crestfield's celebration.

At that moment, Crestfield's school celebration had originally been proceeding smoothly.
