Jack didn't say anything else, but Eddie, who was beside him, jumped in surprise. "Feena, I can't believe you actually made it to the Youth Vocal Showcase finals!"

Feena nodded. Though her face revealed little emotion, a faint sense of pride stirred within her heart.

After all, something like this would indeed be a surprise to someone like Eddie. Perhaps it was because this was an achievement that Wesley and Eddie could never hope to reach in their lifetime.

Wesley asked curiously, "What's the Youth Vocal Showcase?"

Eddie looked at Wesley disdainfully and explained, "It's a highly prestigious competition! I heard the satellite TV station will broadcast the event live during the regional finals. Wesley nodded, realizing Feena might be on a journey to stardom, growing further apart from the rest of them.

Feena did not say much. She only stole glances at Jack, eager to know if he was shocked by her accomplishment.
