A stunning woman with breathtaking looks stood in one of the upper floors of a tower, looking down at the world beneath her feet. Wisdom glimmered in her eyes as if she could see right through anything she set her eyes upon.
The busy roads and streets that were packed with people looked so insignificant from her perspective, as if they were nothing more than ants scurrying along their way.
The woman had a wild heart. To her, everything in the world was within the grasp of her hand. The assets and authority that she wielded was so powerful that she could summon storms in the world if she wished to do so.
"Miss, are you sure you want to deal with Genesis Games so harshly?" the woman's pretty female assistant asked, her voice tinged with surprise.
"Do you think I can still turn back after coming to this point?" was the woman's indifferent reply, her eyes flashing sharply.
"But…" the assistant hesitated for a moment before she continued, "Genesis Games is our partner. We've profited a substantial amount from them, so there's no reason to corner them into a dead end, is there?"
"Do you think I'm being too ruthless? Unfortunately, this is how the business world operates. Profits reign above all else."
The woman snapped her fingers lightly, prompting the assistant to swiftly offer her a cup of coffee that was specially-brewed with beans harvested from a private estate. As the woman sipped on the beverage, a satisfied smile stretched across her lips.
"Genesis Games is like a chicken that can lay golden eggs," she said. "Although we have received a lot of profits through our partnership, they still hold the rights over the golden eggs.
"The money we've received is just a single drop of water in the entire bucket, so why shouldn't we endeavor to take more of their profits? We need to take control of this golden egg-laying chicken."
"Is that why… we're going to join forces with Typhoon Corporation?" the assistant asked.
"That's right! 'Supremacy' has taken the entire world by storm, and we already possess 80 percent of its stocks, which will allow us to gain profits that cannot be quantified.
"Did you know? 'Supremacy' is bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars in pure profits for our company daily. The game is a money magnet that we've never encountered before!"
