A Female Alpha’s Revenge novel Chapter 658

**Title: Novel Male 658**
**Chapter 658**

From a distance, Simon’s voice sliced through the air like a blade, sharp and merciless. “The omega claimed you were absent all morning yesterday! You didn’t even bother to attend to Rosemary when you returned! What purpose do you serve here? You’re utterly worthless!”

Tamara felt the last flicker of hope within her extinguish, snuffed out like a candle caught in a gust of wind.

The weight of exhaustion bore down on her, a relentless burden forged from countless days and nights of unending toil. The suffocating pressure exerted by Rosemary and Gloria wrapped around her like a vise, squeezing the breath from her lungs. And the men of the pack? They seemed to be nothing more than shadows, offering no support or solace.

Then there was Velda, a constant thorn in her side, always locked away yet somehow managing to emerge just in time to stir up chaos and discord.

What was once a sanctuary had devolved into a prison, a cage that held her captive, stripping her of her spirit.

With a rough tug, Simon dragged her into Rosemary’s room, his grip unyielding as he forced her to stand before the bed, her head bowed in submission.

Glancing up through her lashes, she caught sight of Isaiah and Ulrik. They stood there, their expressions a mixture of disdain and disappointment, their eyes boring into her with thinly veiled accusations.

As her gaze fell upon Simon, her mate, she noted the fury blazing in his eyes, a storm ready to erupt. In a swift, brutal motion, he raised his hand and struck her face, the sharp slap echoing in the charged silence.

Then, as if to wash away his own guilt, he turned to Rosemary, his tone dripping with false sincerity. “Please don’t be upset. I’ve already taught her a lesson. She won’t be so clueless again.”

Seeing Simon’s feigned obedience, Rosemary relented, albeit begrudgingly allowing Tamara a reprieve.

Her voice dripped with scorn. “Forget it. After all, she didn’t come from a good family. It’s no surprise she has such a narrow perspective and lacks any management skills.”

The sting on Tamara’s cheek was a mere whisper compared to the deep, aching wound in her heart.

Yet, after the initial shock, all that remained was a cold numbness, a dull ache that settled deep within her.

As dawn broke the next morning, the omega responsible for groceries stumbled out of bed, groggy but determined to procure meat and vegetables. He grumbled to himself, irritation bubbling up as he noticed the pack’s main gate standing wide open, allowing a frigid gust of air to sweep through.

“Who left the door open last night? How careless can you be?” he muttered under his breath, annoyance coloring his tone. “If something goes missing, we’ll be the ones blamed. This pack is filled with too much drama.”

Bundling himself up against the biting cold, he stepped outside through the back door, securing the gate with a firm shove. “It’s getting colder by the day. Why haven’t we received our winter uniforms yet?” he grumbled, his voice barely above a whisper as he trudged toward the side yard to retrieve his handcart, preparing to venture into the alley for supplies.
